I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn't get married.

Comment by Blessed4Life on November 9, 2009 at 2:19pm: Hey Joel, whether or not you got married (I saw the Star mag article), I think it is/would have been cool if you shared your wedding day with 45,000 other couples either getting married for the first time, or re-dedicating their vows to each other. I got married in a similar ceremony several years ago and it was one of the best experiences of my life. And contrary to what most people think about marriage, being married is awesome. There's nothing like being able to share and entrust your life with someone else - it can't be experienced any other way than through marriage. I hope you get to experience that with Nicole.

Everyone kind of seems relieved that you didn't tie the knot but so what if you did? You guys have two kids together, you've lived together for a long time if that is what you guys wanna do then more power to you.

and to whoever trusts "wikipedia" next time you look at an article notice the "[edit]" off to the right. ANYONE can edit the information. If I wanted to I could edit the article on the 2008 election and say that I won the election. Wikipedia = not credible in the least. FYI.

Why do people care if you and Nicole are married anyways??! I think your family is sweet. You know what Joel? The magazines only care about making money off of NEW news and gossip. Why else do the sensationalize everything? I know one thing. I'm proud of you. You don't ever have to be anything you don't want to be and you don't have to please everybody.
