Being sick sucks :( continued...

Ugh work totally sucked!!! I was there but not there at the same time if you know what I mean. They decided to start using this STUPID alarm that rings every time the belt stops again and I just happened to be working right where it went off with a huge headache, well lets just say I was ready to rip my head off 15 minutes into shift, the belts in the warehouse stop over 200 times in a night. At break I had to get ear plugs and let me tell you I was loving them. Even though I could still slightly hear the alarm going off with ear plugs in my ears it made a difference and helped my headache. Another thing that sucked was someone turned the heat up in the warehouse and when your working hard and fast it isn't very comfortable when it's like working in an Easy Bake oven. Hopefully it won't be as bad tonight, I don't think I'll survive another night like last night. After shift it was pretty funny though, my manager was talking about a scrap two of the temps had near the end of shift, I walked in while he was doing so and he was like "I should have sent Megan over there to punch them both out" I started laughing as did he. We have a gay couple that work with us, one is a supervisor, one is lead hand, they're both really awesome. Well I'm off to bed...
