I too love Good Charlotte, their music is both fun amd meaningful. They are hugely popular in Australia, 3 of their albums made the top 10 here, Dance floor Anthem made it to no 1 on the singles charts. They are played frequently on mainstream radio here. Aussies seem to like the punky/rock type music. We have many local acts playing it too, like Silverchair, The Androids, Kisschasey and Faker. Other US acts big here are Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, Simple Plan, My Chemical Romance and many others. I have been listening to this type of music since I was young.
