meh, i'm dong okay.
i'm volunteering at a hospital a few days a week.
my psycho b**** best friend and i aren't really talking to me anymore. it's kind of a relief, but it's still strange to have someone just step out of your life, you know?
oh, and i'm grounded for going 3,000 minutes over my limit on my cell.
and my boyfriend is basically sick of me.
so i'm doing GREAT.
and yes, if you email me we could talk a lot more.
iran is actually somewhat similar to america. most of its parts at least. the only difference is the girls have to be more covered up, like long sleeves and a like a scarf or shawl or something covering their hair, but it's not that bad. i actually liked it there, though i would rather live here in america.
some parts of other countries, like asian and african countries, may be way different. like i understand that seeing homeless, starving people is kind of disturbing, cuz i've seen it in turkey. but still, it's a new country and culture, and i love learning about it. and plus, it teaches me to be less ignorant, more appreciative, and more determined to make a change in the world.
i'm on my cousin's computer here in iran. i like it here. the culture is very different, but i love exploring new things.
everyone thinks iran is war-torn, but it's not. like at all. it's actually sort of similar to america.
i was actually born in iran. i moved to chicago when i was like 6, so i pretty much grew up here.
i miss all my friends here SOO much! i can't wait to go back to chicago, where i will haver my own computer and be able to do whatever i want like talk to you on there. well, not EVERYTHING i want.. but you know..
