Why cant i be the one to be noticed?
It seems clear to me that i dont get enough attention around my family and what makes me think im going to get it from Good Charlotte? nothing..Well i have alot of confidence that maybe someday someone from Good Charlotte will talk to me.. but nothing yet!! ive been waiting and waiting just to actually talk to him! Benji Madden...ive been waiting just to even recieve a hello..but still nothing! i always wondered what it would be like to be someone and to stand out side of the crown and be noticed....but everything that i do seems not to work! i really dont know how to get his attention...the one ive been dying to talk to since last year...BENJI MADDEN!! how do i know that he even cares about us fans..i really want to know now!! well hopefully he reads this and hopefully i get his attention and he becomes my friend and acually listens to me and kinda pays attention to what i have to say...well love to all peace out....xojelly AKA Angelica "The Forgotten"

Aw you should stop feeling so down...everybody has their tough times.
Im pretty sure, positive... that GC really does care about their fans.. They write beautiful meaningful songs for us, how about you listen to Your Gone? The perfect example. They wrote that for a fan that died. They had a tough life, I think.. Before they made it big... they know what its like... everybody just doesn't have it easy. I don't think they could ever forget where they came from.. And thanks to us, they are living their dream.
If you wanna meet the band, if you go to one of their concerts in the future, I reccomend after GC, go out to the outside of the venue...in the back... you can see GC leaving and their tourbus is right out there. Your guaranteed to meet at least 1 of the guys, if not all of them! They usually come out and hang with the fans and take pictures and sign stuff :)
I never met benji though....... =/ he is the only one I don't have my pic with. On august 12th in NYC I met all the guys, except benji. So yeah, good luck!

I hope you feel better. Don't be so hard on yourself. I bet your thought of more then you know. If you get to go to a GC show hang around before and after and perhaps you will get the opportunity to meet Benji and the rest of GC. I hope you do! :) Benji most certainly DOES think about his fans as does the rest of GC. I sincerely hope you feel better about yourself! You know..being the middle child like I was..there were lots of times when I felt like I went unnoticed. It does seem like everybody else gets all the attention. But my family definately WAS paying attention to me and I am sure your family is too..in ways not necessarily noticable. :)

There are thousands of people on this site..im sure benji would love to talk to everyone..but he's busy, making an album, FOR US. Please dont feel bad, there's a million people who feel the same. Hang in there :)

thanx everyone for trying to help me with my problems! but its not as easy as you kinda might think!!! my boyfriend killed himself bcuz of me!!! i think thats it all my fault for it!!!

Awe. Sorry to hear about this. I don't know what to say about this other then you definately should talk to a professional about this guilty feeling you have. I'm not an expert on handling this type of trauma but you can't beat yourself up over it and blame yourself.

When someone kills themselves its because of multiple reasons.
Don't be hard on yourself, about something you have no control over. Look at what you can change and make your life better. I spent too long moaning on how I was alone, etc. You know what, I went out there and did what I wanted, and am now reaping the benefits.
As for Benji, he is a very busy man. Give the guy a break.
Don't like life? One person can make a change, and it is not Benji Madden, its YOU.

i understand on what you mean, but i have gone to the doctor for it and i have talked to professionals and they cant say a damn word to me!! i know that i need help and that Benji cant solve this, its me that has to solve it myself!! thanx everyone really for your help!!! and plus my boyfriend killed himself bcuz of me and his mom doesnt understand that he was the closest to me and his twin brother!! i just dont like his mom for not believing me!! but whatever thats on her!

u cant be so hard on yourself hun. im sorry about your bf, i cant imagine how that must feel to you. honestly, if you were to meet Benji Madden, that would be awesome! He seems like your idol to me, you really want to meet him! i wish you the best of luck to that!! seriously though, im sure he will listen to you if you tell him your probs, but we all have problems!! he might give you some advice, but what else do you want from the guy? to be friends and stay in touch? he cant do that......
i think that you should reach out to God. he listens to you.. im not religious, but my family and some friends are and I learned a little of that stuff... the power of everything is to God, he controls your next breath, everything, sooo... maybe you can pray to get more attention from your fam, i mean, its not too much that your asking from him!! ill tell ya what, i never prayed for anyone before, much, but i will for you.
i think you should try to stop feeling so down, i mean, we all have tough times, and just a reminder: no matter how bad you think youve got it, there will always be somebody out there, SOMEWHERE that has it worse then you.
and... we care about you.

I'm not trying to sound rude... but seriously? Benji Madden has millions of fans. He more than likely gets thousands of messages a day, and although he probably wishes he had the time to reply to them and make each of his fans feel special and loved, he wouldn't have the time. Hell, I'm an 18 year old nobody, and I wouldn't even have the time to answer that many messages. And I can t ell you from personal experience that he cares about his fans. I met him outside of a show when I was 13. He spent time out of his busy night to stand there in the cold and talk to me while I waited for my mum;s friend to find me because I was lost, take pictures with me and sign my shoe. Considering I was probably one of the most obnoxious 13 year olds anyone had ever met, he definately cares if he was willing to stand there and listen to my insistant blabering. You shouldn't take not getting a reply from him too personally. I'm sure he doesn't look at a message from you and be like, "Oh it's that girl. I'm not going to reply to HER."Seriously.

Awe. Benji is a sweetheart. He loves his fans and he was probably worried about you being alone. He has a lot of fans. Its hard for him to recognize every single one of them.

There are a lot of us who didn't get a hello or anything similar, but you shouldn't concentrate on that as a solution for getting some attention. I did everything I could, but didn't get to see them live. That's why I'm so excited for new album and new tour and I'm pretty sure I'll see them even though at the moment it seems impossible.
So - cheer up! they talk with you through their music, imagine them saying hi to all fan, wouldn't that be tiring? :P
