Who has bought GC- Cast Metal Initials Necklace?

I've received this item https://shop.bompa.com/good_charlotte/gc-initials-necklace.html from bompa.

So weird the hole on the top of the pendant for the necklace is entirely closed, IMG_8392.JPG IMG_8394.JPG, isn't it defective? Who else owns it? Is it like that too?
I've emailed bompa but ppl on their fb page say they never answer?!?!

I have one of those. Mine is fine. didn't yours come on a chain? If the h*** is entirely closed. it is definitely defective. If you can't get hold of bompa (and I've heard of other people having trouble with them) maybe a jeweler can fix it. Not sure how expensive that would be though.

Thank u Tanya, I've confirmed I've received a defective item. If really no one reply email and answer the phone, I might just send the return form with photos by mail (they don't accept returns for international shipments). Yes mine did come with a chain I couldn't wait to wear it but I cannot!
