What was your first GC concert like?
I remember I got my tickets about a month before the show, and all my friends were starting to get SO annoyed with me because that was all I talked about. On the drive to the show, Shar told me she was going to kick me out of the van because I kept yelling, "I'M GOING TO SEE GC! BENJI'S REALLY CUTE! I'M GOING TO SEE GC! BENJI'S REALLY CUTE!" The concert itself was completely amazing. Afterwards, I met Benji, and almost shat myself when he hugged me. Then when I walked away from him to go to the car, I cried. ( I was 12, what can I say? LOL ) Then for like, another two weeks at school all I could talk about was how I met Benji and I got hit in the face with a water bottle. I think out of all the shows I've been to, that one was the best. Mainly because they actually interacted with the fans. What about you guys? What was your first GC concert like?

hhhmmm GC show...as in for GC, not like warped or any stuff like that....I don't remember to much. I was on drugs I do remember and I hung out with a couple girls who were really funny little GC freaks....honestly I felt so out of place I didn't go to another show for years and years and then again I haven't gone to a show in years. But I've seen them twice...outside of warped and junk.

i don't really remember that much about it, only that someone came out rolling a HUGE bag on wheels and everyone was all ''who the f*** is this a****** with the wheely bag'' and haha it was Hilary Duff.
and then Joel came out and sloshed his coffee all over his hand
and before the show Billy entered the bus with a a huge taco bell bag and right after he went on with a huge pizza. haha love him.

Im so glad i can finally say how MY GC concert was!
It was amazing. last year august 15th at tsongas arena. I wasnt acually in the pit, which sucked, but the place was so small you could see the guys really well. I knew how awesome it would be, but i wasnt excited until i acually got there. i was so anxious waiting for them to come on stage after Metro Station played. I couldnt stop shaking! And when they finally came on with the anthem, i stood up and didnt shut up until it was over (as in i kept singing every word). When it was over, i woundnt shut up either! I kept talking to my sister and brother about how great it was while we were walking out. My sister told my dad "it was so cute how excited she was". lol. I had the worst headache of my life, but it was all worth it :) I COULDNT sleep at all that night and i was sweating like crazy. I just kept thinking about how amazing it was that I had just been in the same room with these guys. Unfortunetly, I didnt meet the guys..but theres always next time! anyway, heres what i posted the night of the concert:
So yeah...Just got back from the concert..(you know I had to update you on it :)....I cant even put into words how amazing it was..Maybe Im just stupid..But seriously...It was the greatest experience of my life...Being that close....I had a major head ache after but...Im still shaking that I got to have this chance... I could go on and on about this for ever...I can still picture it all...I sang to ever song and did the wave XD I took some pictures too :) At first I never thought I'd be like the screaming fans, but after GC got on I was so happy, the suspense while they were getting ready was killing me..
I woke up like I cant believe its over. Damn. Haha.
I will NEVER forget this..Thank you, so so so much GC :)
Btw, I love how they are so active with th crowd..
Benji had us do the wave and Joel talked a lot.. Haha..
I need to go to another GC show...just..It was to great to imagine myself not going again..

I BOUGHT THE TICKETS FOR MY BIRTHDAY JULY 1ST =]
the show was Aug. 12th 08 in NYC roseland ballroom :)
i dragged along my mom (she likes GC.. some of their music. and she respects them. but she wasnt crazy about the general admission thing!! she didnt wanna go. but i think she had fun. because we STILL joke around about it. being stuck in the middle of the crowd front & center because we were there since 11:30am-and it started pouring rain 5 minutes before the show!! haha! and then the crowd being so harsh.. we were never expecting this!! so we ended up moving 2 minutes after the maine came on the stage because we couldnt handle it. it was an AWESOME show though!! good times...
After the show, My mom took me to the back door where we found out that Benji and Paris had aleady left the venue... I got my picture with all the other guys though! :) Including Josh Madden :)
I embarassed myself with Joel because earlier, he had left to chill with Mary Kate Olsen and Josh & as we were getting ready to leave at 11:30ish when i took my picture and got my autograph with Billy, he said Joel will be back around 12:30 because they are leaving then for Toronto, so DUH! I had to stay! I wanted to meet Joel! :) So my mom and i went to go eat pizza and came back... Joel was a half hour late :) but anyways, SO EMBARRASSING LOOKING BACK AT IT!!! I cant believe I actually said "i love you it means so much to meet you, i thought you stiffed us before!" and he just said "its all good"... lol! there were like 3 other fans that waited around so he went to go meet them... I had to go point out that I would see them the 21st at Sixflags in NJ! :) ANOTHER GREAT SHOW... and chasing them around sixflags at the end!! LOL.
best night of my life. it changed my life forever. i still never stop thinking about it :)

My step sisters friend's mom got tickets and this was going to be my first concert ever
and GC was the first band I ever listen to and along the way My step sister, her friend, her friend's mom who got the tickets, and me were talking about the music and when we got there we couldn't get backstage but seeing them was just good enough for me

It was back in 2005 when GC didn't ever come to Finland yet, so my friend and I had to travel to Stockholm, Sweden for the concert. I was 13 and very nervous about how to look and what to wear at the concert of a band I was a super hyper fan of, so I bought a new eyeliner and painted my eyes completely black. The more embarrassing thing is that I didn't think my light hair color was tough enough so I bought a black WIG and put the goddamn thing on my head for the concert... .____.
What I remember about the concert itself is that the line was longer than I had ever seen before and it was freezing to stand there for an eternity..
When GC came on the stage and started to play, my heart must have skipped a beat or something :D I can't even describe it, it just must have been one of the happiest moments of my life! I screamed my throat sore, jumped and waved my arms for the whole time. I remember Joel was dressed in white... Billy had a keyboard which seemed odd and new back then :D After the concert I wrote down all the silly things Joel and Benj had said, like "Ladies, I'm gonna move to Sweden and have sex with a swedish girl and have babies!" or something xD
Hmm... Well, I've seen the guys twice now and, even though I'm not much of a fan anymore, I can honestly say they're one of the greatest and most energetic live bands I've seen!! All of you who haven't seen them... YOU MUST ^^

My firt GC concert was on the 17th october 2007 in perth. I had 2 tickets given 2 me for my birthday so i took my younger neice cause she loves them aswell. It was my first concert and i loved it hope they come back soon :) we had good seats didnt meet any of them tho :( maybe next time :)

My first GC show was... Hey let's go see Eve 6! Who is this opener? Good Charlotte? Meh whatever. Eve 6! YAY!
Sometime around Oct 2000, probably late september. don't actually remember, but saw them open and went... wow... this band is pretty cool.
after the show talked to benji and I think paul, aaron scared the hell outta me so i didn't go near him. I'm not all that sure, might have talked to billy too. Then we ran away and talked to eve 6. But that was 19 shows ago. so... memory is hazy. I do remember thinking that Benji was off his rocker though, it kind of won me over. We never got pictures with them then. I wish we would have, because to this day after all the times I have gotten to meet them I still don't have a picture with Benji for one reason or another ( i have one with the whole band.. but its just not the same LMAO)... but we had to make sure that we had enough pictures for Eve 6 for my friend and i.

oh my god! My first concert was a GC concert! I was in 8th grade and my history teacher was jealous because he wanted to go so bad! The tickets were a birthday gift. GC was the headliner, Simple Plan was the middle act, and Relient K was the opener. The way to the concert was filled with me and my two friends singing every Good Charlotte song in existance at the time. I cried when they first came on the stage; there I was, seeing my favorite band of all time. I cried again when Hold On was played. I remember Joel saying he "got good crabs from Maine." I laughed because this was when he was dating Hilary. I also remember Billy reaching out and touching the fans hands and if one person had moved, I would've touched his hand! After the concert, I went out back of the arena and I actually ended up meeting Billy and Benji! This was right when Chris had left the band and Deano took over, and Paul had broken his foot, so I think Joel was with him! I remember a guy being a douche and yelling that Benji smelled bad. I still have Benji and Billy's autographs, and pictures of them. I got a hug from Benji (I didn't think he smelled bad), and when we got backed to the hotel, i threw a fit because I didn't want to lay on the bed or touch anything because I didn't want the germs from Benji's hug on anything but me! But hey, I was 13!

My first time seeing GC live was Aug. 8th 2008, which was when they were on tour with the Maine, Metro Station, and Boys Like Girls. Oh the concert was in Richmond and I live 3 hours away from there so I was determined to go see them. So anyways GC was the 5th band to play because of the openning bands, the Maine and metro station. But I wasn't intrested in them cause I mainly came to see my GC boys. So when the guys were getting ready to go on stage, I saw Paul and Deano talked to Them for a bit. I also waved to the other guys and they waved back. Nicole was there too. She was sooooooo sweet and Harlow and Dreavyn were sooo cute also. I can honestly say that was the best concert ever :)
