That is a condition in large breed dogs called bloat and it can be fatal.

I am the one who asked Joel on chat a while back what happened to his pitbull Eazy and he told me that Eazy and Cashdogg are gone and he doesn't want to talk about them anymore. So, I never got a staight answer but I felt bad for even asking after that response. I guess we need to (here it comes- I couldn't resist-sorry) let sleeping dogs lie.
