This is NOT PAUL. Some person that's a fan of Paul's but has the same profile as him. The real Paul's link is to the RIGHT of the page, not this one.
If you come across any fake profiles, PLEASE REPORT THEM. Not knowing if this one is "fake" per se, but just in case. Click "report issue" on the bottom of the page and copy paste any URL's that you come across. Also spread the word so this doesn't get any worse.
