Self-titled

Since 7th grade when my cousin first told me of Good Charlotte
I became obsessed, Posters of only them covered my walls and I painted a Giant black GC in old English font on my wall. Good Charlotte's first Album is my favorite and over the years of their new music (falling out of obsession with them for lack of enjoying the new stuff) it's still my favorite CD. I've dug out their old CD in attempts to reminisce but couldn't bring myself to getting into it due to the poor sound quality of it. I think Good Charlotte should re-release their first CD, re-mastered, re-mixed, spruced up, just to bring that original awesome sound back and stronger and clearer and neater. It would definitely make them money and the songs are already wrote, So it couldn't be that hard. Just a hope and thought. Miss that CD very much.

Hmmm, well I don't know how much good that would do... I mean..I can still listen to it no matter the quality. I think it's great that they changed though. Imagine if all of their stuff was like the first record...it would be like same s*** different album...and then I'd probably stop liking them after a while..

Yeah, your right, but they went softer to softer to more poppy to more poppy. Not much of a change. just a fail

Hm, well idk...I don't think it's a fail really...I think they ventured out into a more poppy sound as an experiment..ya know to try new things..some liked it and unfortunately some didn't. It happens, lol. And also, they are getting older...maybe they just feel a little more relaxed. They don't seem to have too much angst in their songs like they used to, unless it's about love.

Apparently, Cardiology is a lot more Rock sounding like there older records though.

So hopefully, you'll like the new record! :)

I like their other albums, just not as much as the first.
It just makes sense to make something good, better now that they can.

I love all of their stuff, including the remix album. You wouldn't want them to become AC/DC would you?? Every song they do seems to sound the same.

I think the Fight song with the Game is awesome. I think it would be cool if they performed that live some time and The Game came out as a surprise guest!!!! That would be the s***!!!

i also love all of their stuff. i do prefer the old songs, but i love any song in any album, actually, cause its theirs, and since theyre like my old bro's, my role model, and i trust everything they say in their songs, i feel ive grown as theyve grown and so their music has too.

we all knew it just had to happen some time. theyre not against everything anymore, though it seems cardilogy is gonna sound more like the first albums. i really dont wanna think that they want to "win us* back" after Good Morning Revival, and GR.
*(those who dont like gc anymore cause they sound different, not me).

even though, ill keep representing gc forever:D
