Opinion Please?!?!?!?!!?!? (Brand New Me)

hey, yea.. well i am trying to decide on some new hair cuts. one was get bangs that go over my eyes, with layered and natural messy hair, dyed black and light brown highlights.? or no bangs, dyed brown with blonde highlights with straight uneven cut hair.? and which clothing brand is better? Etnies or Abbey Dawn. I think Abbey Dawn, because it is Avril Lavignes' line of clothes. But opinion's please. Thanx.
