Merch

Does anyone know how to get in contact with someone in the Good Charlotte camp with regards to some merch I ordered and paid for back in October last year, and have still only received half of?  Wouldnt be a drama if I had some idea what was going on, but the company that was handling it is no longer, and the new company doesnt understand the concept of replying to emails. Quite pissed off. Anyone? Help?
