there is a live chat and it's easy 2 use... at the bottom of the page, there is a green box saying chat. click on it and type whateva u want... [thts really random]

Yeah i think u click on the pointing up arrow with the line above it....

Then the window opens and u should be able to start typing and have the LIVE chat (also depends if anyone else is online...
