FAN CLUB
lasy year i joined the gc fan club (the 1 which costs money) and in bout september or sumthing, i got a letter from gc with 3 badges explaining that they were sorri for not keeping the fan club good, so they said they were going to shut the fan club down, and restart it this year sometime so it is much better.
now my membership has run out, I was just wondering hoo is a part of the fan club here? and has it changed, coz i am not sure whether to renew my membership yet, just in case it hasnt been fixed?
can any1 help?

At least you got yours I never received the merchandise I was promised yet another reason why I lost faith in the band for a while....at that point I thought they sold out and were more in it for the money...

haha wow well done with the stealing the credit card etc.....my mother would murder me if i ever tried that....i joined bcoz it said the meet and greets as well, but when i tired to register for the meet and greets in perth it never went through....but anyway everyone just said if you hang outside the venue they come and say hi anyway..
and yeah i recieved the same letter as you saying it was temporarily being shut down, and they might restart it. if they do, i will be there for sure.
i never had a problem with the packages though, when i signed up i got my tshirt, badges, stickers etc within a month, and i got a sticker and button package with the closing down letter

i would think you not getting the merchandise was an honest mistake or it got lost in the mail or something. i think that because of their past, good charlotte will never be in any of it for the money...they dont giv a s*** if we illegally download their music or buy fake shirts or whatever, as long as they can get their music out there, theyre happy

When I told mom that it was to meet the band, she was more excited than annoyed (thank goodness)
I think it took so long for the packages to arrive because there were so many for them to send out, it didn't bother me too much though :)
