The thing is that all these 'emo' kids think that they are the only ones being picked on, and its not.
People are attacked for different reasons. The truth is, that if you are ready to brand yourself a label, then take the stick that comes with it.
I have a mohawk and I expect people to be ignorant, because thats what people are. Don't hate them, its in their nature

I dont think its just emo kids that are pick on i know that is far from the truth im happy with the way i am and i wldnt change myself for anything i jus guess some people are cruel what i cant understand is why???

Like the Indian man who had his shop burnt down because of racists.
Back when I was at school, I was hospitalised because I wore a green Day shirt, and GD were a 'mosher band'.
Its not new, people hate.

Yeah I was beaten up. Back then Green Day were not so ultra cool as they are these days.
I'm like that, nothing bothers me really, I hate it so wouldn't attack someone else for something as stupid as how they dress.
But, I never used to play victim either, I was beaten because of THEIR problem, not mine, and thats how I feel now. Everyone gets teased at some point, victimising yourself achieves nothing.

I think because of immature kids themselves. Some 'Emos' started that 'I'm so depressed but shhh that's only cuz it's kewl' and now each of the is considered that way. I don't believe in it.
I think some people hate it because they realize there are real problems on the world and actually had problems, that's why they despite making their problems. But I also think those emo haters are same age as those immature 'I wanna die' kids. They might be even the same age.
I don't hate emos. I just disagree with few points.
I never got one thing though. Isn't emo nowadays about individuality and being different from others? But why do you have like 'dress code' to be emo? People don't consider you emo if you don't dress in black and have just certain stlye.
