eddie veder sums up the good charllote sound

On a great bootleg of Pearl Jam in NYC. Eddie thanks the Buzzcocks who opened for them. He said with out their influence we might of sounded like Good Charllote(resounding booing from the crowed) Eddie then says "Oh they are good. They just sound like a popsicle shoved up someones ass" My point is these weak ass bros who think they are so great with their skank, coke hore, no talent girlfriends and tats, can not hide the fact that they suck. Along with pretty much everything else on the charts and radio these days. Jambands, true metal, and seattle sound and 60 70 rock forever.

either they have no life or they secretly like GC but they can't deal with their "friends" who say GC are uncool and that GC are not real rock.
tis true GC is not a rock band. They are not rock, pop, punk or any other music genre. They are just GC. They can fit into most pop and rock genres and then again they cannot. That is what is so great about them.

Although I do not agree with his views on Good Charlotte. Eddie Vedder is a musical genious. Take some time to seriously listen to Pearl Jam, every one of their albums are critically acclaimed.
