any1 from the north-eastern state of india .. the seven sisters state

so i was wondering not many international bands came to india.. only shows i kno have been from shillong- "the scotland of the east" ...n by artist/bands like bryan adams..petra..whitelion..michael learns to rock..n few more ...but not even one contemporary alt/punk rock bands have been here ...n it would have been gr8 if other bands show up here ...
