I'll organise a concert and I need to contact Good Charlotte. Does anyone has a contact on My Space or somewhere else to someone of GC or his booking agent? I would appreciate it.

Unless you have tons of money and lots of connections, its going to be organizing a concert and hiring big acts such as Good Charlotte are impossible unless you know their manager or someone that is close to them.
