My GC Experience at The Sonar in Baltimore - THANX GC! YOU GUYS ROCK!
So I won the Grand Prize on the GoodCharlotte.com site. I won meet and greets for Aug. 23rd. I can't believe my good fortune! I arrived at The Sonar and showed the lady at the ticket office my email notices that I had won. She contacted GC's tour manager, Mark and he set me up. I was escorted to GC's dressing room and when I opened the door there was Benji, Joel, Deano, Paul and Billy and they all said, "Hi Beverly". I gave them all their stuff that I had bought them. Benji opened his up right away and seemed to really love it. I got him and Joel an Orioles key chain. Benji said he was going to buy a new car and it would be perfect for his new keys. He hooked the key chain onto his belt loop and wore it for the show. :) Joel loved the things I had bought Harlow. I got two hugs from Benji, one from Joel, one from Paul and I enjoyed meeting them all. They signed a lot of stuff for me and I kept telling them how much I love their music. Benji asked me if I liked GMR and I told him I have 3 copies and I love it. :) Joel loved the little pumpkin bib and held it up for Nicole to see and I said hi to her and told her how cute Harlow is. Someone asked me if I would still listen to GC if Benji put on cowboy boots and went country. Haha! I said it would never happen but I would buy it. I got to wait on the side of the stage behind scenes for three songs. As I walked outside to wait for the show to start, Benji walked out and asked to see my guitar tatt. He looked down my GCshirt and looked at it. I love the guys of GC! They were all super nice and made me feel so happy. I am so appreciative and I thank GC for everything! I love them guys!!

And may I say..those guys are all NICE and awesome and if anyone ever says they are mean, and Benji is fat or ugly I'm here to tell everyone he is sweet, handsome!, and not fat at all. Paul came over to the barrier outside the club and chatted with everyone before the show. Saw Joel get in his suv and he drove by the barrier and rolled down his window and said hi to us! I said hi to Josh..he's nice! And I talked to Ms. Madden and told her that she raised some really nice kids. :) It was a fun and unforgettable experience. Mark was so awesome too!

Awe! I can't wait for the next show and to see you there. :) Benji is so nice! I couldn't believe he remembered I have the guitar tatt! :) And may I say..Deano could be Mark's twin. They were standing together and Dean looks like Mark! ;) Mark was really nice. He got my name and went back inside. Then he came out later and I said I thought he had forgotten about me. ;) lol Paul was super nice to us on the barricade. He was very talkative. I asked him how he manages that twirly thing he does on stage! :) lol He said he's had lots of practice. Joel said he saw me at the 930 club hanging on the barrier. :) I told Benji I almost got killed at the Dews tour and he hugged me. :)

Thanx! :) As soon as I walked in they all said together, "Hi Beverly" and I was so thrilled to see them all standing around looking at me. ;) lol I am not the shy type and I can't believe Benji who hates hugging people gave me two hugs. :) He is so sweet! :) Every one of the guys was as nice as can be. It was funny when they asked if I would still listen to them if Benji wore cowboy boots and the sung country! haha! Paul was like "that would never happen" and I said the same thing. ;) lol I gave Paul and Deano these keychains that were BAD BEARS. lol Plus I gave them these patches. I gave Billy a belt buckle. :) I gave them each a little note with their presents too.

LOL! I can't ever see them doing country! :) lol And you know..they have money to buy stuff but they are so appreciative of getting stuff. :) I was proud that Benji wore his chain for the show. :)

:) I didn't stand around afterwards but I was in front of the doors before the show. :) I didn't see you! You should have come up and said hi! :) I dropped my camera and broke it. The guys asked me if I wanted to take a photo. It was an awesome meet and greet experience. :)
