I want a PROPER answer to this

this is probably going to turn into a very controvertial issue but what i really dont get is why do people that dont like GC go on their fan site. if its just to annoy people then thats sorta stupid coz it just shows that they have nothing better to do with their time than annoy people who are fans of a band that they dont even like.
i wouldnt go on to a site of a band that i didnt like that to me just seems stupid.

i want an answer to this i just want to know

Its annoying and offensive but what can anyone do? lol Its just a way to start trouble and controversy. :) lol My son calls these types of people 'internet trolls'. ;) I try not to let it get to me even though I might be a bit upset at what they've said. But the guys of GC are big boys and have heard it all before. As long as the GC fans are happy with them and enjoying the GC music and the shows, albums, etc..nothing anyone else can say in a negative manner will make the fans agree with the negativeness. GC's fanbase is awesome! :) And as for the ones who aren't GC fans any more but still come here to chat to the friends they've made over the years...I think its so awesome that they don't bash on the band and let us that do love GC enjoy the experience. :)

i know its really great that people come on here to chat to their friends and respect that others love GC but i really dont understand why people come on here and just start hating GC. isnt that just saying "look at me im stupid and have no life so im just going to offend people about liking GC"

lol My son has a way with words. ;) lol Some just love to start trouble and have nothing else to do but be lame. These people are mean and probably enjoy dragging someone through the mud be it a band or anyone they can get their barbs into. Kind of like a piranna or a baraccuda. ;) lol

People are just stupid. I wouldn't bother going on some band's fansite that I don't like and stirring up trouble. I know I love GC and have for years. I don't listen to the haters. It's their loss.

First off, just because people talk s*** doesn't mean they aren't fans. I remember when I first started hanging out on All Things Rock talking to GC fans, they thought I was a hater because I made horrible remarks about the band. Funny story being, they were my favorite band.

That being said, trolling message boards can be somewhat entertaining for people. Most likely they're not in junior high as others have speculated, it's typically from about 14-19 that trolling can be the most fun. You're young enough not to give a f*** and old enough to string words together well enough to bait fans into arguments.

The best way to deal with people who are here chiefly to start s*** is to befriend them.
