Did anyone go to the Detroit show?

Um.. I went and was kind of disappointed. The performance was great, as it usually is, but GC played very few songs.

I'm hoping they do a tour again where they play at just smaller venues. That was way more fun.

If I can't get floor tickets, then I don't go to the show. Unless it's only seating.

That's why I bought my tickets back in May like a GC dork.

Yeah it was still a really good time while the band was playing. I'm gonna have to plan next time better is all. I didn't mean to sound like I didn't have fun or anything. i took a few pics but I think it was a little too far away.

Yeah I know that feeling when you can't see them while you know they're playing. =(

OMG that show was AMAZING!!
My sister and i were right up front!!!

Joel looked at me and smiled!! i wanted to die lol
and i saw Lindsay... gorgeous!!

That was the first time i ever met them!! I met Joel, Benj and Deano.... amazing!!

I bought them then too thats why I was so confused. I bought the presale tickets and I still ended up with mezzanine tickets. I would not have purchased mezzanine tickets with seats.

The thing that made me happiest was when they played Little Things, and the fact that my boyfriend went with me. He hadn't seen them before and he's not a really big GC fan but he had a lot of fun. I love converting people. =)

Yeah I was there and I wished that there weren't 3 other bands, cuz that took away from how long GC could play...an opening act with a short set wouldve been ok, but the fact that BLG were co-headlining caused GC to have a shorter set. I wished they wouldve played Motivation Proclamation and Festival Song. Also Keep Your Hands Off My Girl wouldve been nice to hear. Check out my pics from the Detroit show on my page!

I thought that the floor was a little small... i liked all the levels though... that way you could see over ppl if you want to... I was like right in the front for GC but i had to get out of there when GC left because the crowd was a little insane!

I got really dizzy once... but i was like NO!! I am not missing this!! I have been waiting tooo ling!! Then i felt better! OMG it was crazy!
There was this dumb little girl in front of me that kept elbowing me when i would get pushed into her...
I was like.... seriously just get out of here... i can't help it!! grr >/body>

That happened near me too... this girl dropped something and everybody just got out of her way... that was during The Maine though... so...

Were you near all the guys that were like... OMG a tampon on the floor!! AAAHHHH!! I thought they were a little pathetic... i felt bad for whatever poor girl dropped it... hope she had a spare!

That's weird... i went to go meet them after BLG was done,, i had gone to the bathroom, and bought a shirt and walked right up to them.... I'm SORRY you didn't get to meet them!! :(
I only got to meet Joel and Deano... Benji was there but i couldn't to him because of girls who wouldn't move!! I wanted to meet Benj soooooo bad because i have always sort of..... had a bigger crush on him ;)
