Did anyone go to the Detroit show?
Um.. I went and was kind of disappointed. The performance was great, as it usually is, but GC played very few songs.
I'm hoping they do a tour again where they play at just smaller venues. That was way more fun.

Bummer.
That's why I now never bring anything TOO important with me... only my phone.
I used to wear pants with lots of pockets so that I could put everything in it. But I realized I don't use anything else anyway.

Yeah; I think I've learned my lesson of bringing important things to concerts. A phone and some money is all you reallly need at a concert.

I don't bother with the money part anymore.
I would only bring it for shirts before, but now I have way more GC shirts than I need. I'm actually wearing one right now for a night shirt, unintentionally.
Aaaand... I'm off to bed. Concerts take a lot out of me (even if they are really short.)

I just got back. I was way mad about my tickets at the beginning, I thought I bought floor tickets but apparently I didn't. Once they started playing everything was amazing. I left Boys Like Girls early to try to go wait in line to meet GC, but I didn't know where to go until there were a whole bunch of people in front of me who WOULD NOT MOVE. They already had stuff signed, I was so mad. I saw Joel, Benji and Billy but I couldn't get to them.
I still had a blast. But smaller shows are always the best. I kinda want to see if there is somewhere else I can drive to for this tour. I'll have to check the tour dates.

There are shows in Cinci and Cleveland Ohio Friday and Sat nights, but if there are any tickets left the are crap ones, top balcony.
I wouldnt complain so much about 11 songs or anything at least your show didnt get canceled :) I would have been ecstatic to hear 11 songs! Heck I woulda been happy with 3! lol.
Im glad you guys had a good time!
It's killin me knowing GC is in Ohio today and tomorrow and I cant go see them :(

i wish they would just go on tour with themselves..and like one opening band...then they could play alot...
But you know that JOel has to take us on a journey everytime..lol
So that took up a lot of time!!

i so agree with you!!! everyone would give you dirty looks if you jumped up and down..i would apologize for like bumping them and they would just give me dirty looks...hello concerts are about getting close and personal...listen to joel...lol

hey jess dont feel bad man the same s*** happened with me i thought i had floor tickets but i didnt so i went back and was like wtf i wanted floor tickets and the b**** was like im sry sir we dont have any i was like bull s*** give me my mioney back fior the floor tickets and give me the normal ones so i saveed like 30bucks yay lol but i was still pissed and yea i was right next to benji he kept looking at me i was happy but after the second song there was a riot going on
lol i got punched in the face so i wenbt and punched another dude and s*** got started
