concert supplies

I have only been to 2 concerts in my life..what are the supplies you think are necessary for a gc concert? I am going to the Richmond, VA concert this weekend. I know I need a camera, sharpies, money.......it is an outdoor all day concert...any tips?

also what do u think about starting an autograph book? good idea?

You have to see if photos are allowed. They'll take your camera at the door if they're not. If you're planning on staying out the back of the venue until 2-3am, or going extreeeeemely early to meet them, then bring a sharpie. Otherwise, don't bother. There aren't any meet n greets as far as I know.

As far as autograph books go. I had one when I was 7 for the Disney Characters. I thought I was cool.

have them autograph something GC related perhaps? A CD booklet?

well i met the twins last year at a special exclusive radio acustic performance and singing...i was given a vip pass and a professional picture of the band that they signed..i just don't want anything to happen to it...since it is an outdoor concert and will happen rain or shine.

plus i just moved a lot of my stuff from my parents house in to storage temporarily....so i dunno..i just think a little notebook would be eaiser in this case.

i don't think gc is performing until like...7 or something...the event starts at 11am...plus the past 2 concerts i have been to i have met at least one member of a band...so hopefully my luck will continue **knocks on wood**

Sunscreen. LOTS of sunscreen.

I usually hide away a few CD covers in my bag, too.

i'm going to that! do you know the EXACT address of where it is? because 18th street shockoe bottom doesn't really come up on mapquest.

its all day? it starts at noon right? i totally don't get this show at all haha.
