*THE DENVER SHOW*---Well you guys put on a great show last night. But i was highly disappointed because I waited outside for you guys to come out for over an hour. Paul was the only one who came out. Before the show ended Joel said if we see them out on the street to say hi. and we did. But he just walked away ignoring us.I remember all the other GC shows I've been to-and you guys always come out to thank your fans. but this time you guys just kept walking right past us like we didn't even exist. We didn't even get a wave. Nicole was nice enough to wave to us every time we called out her name. So I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to PAUL. because he came out to talk to us and sign for us. And i'm so surprised that the rest of you didn't. that's a first. after almost two hours of waiting I left because I lost hope. I still love you guys, and I did hear Benji wasn't feeling well, but what stopped you Joel, Billy? Why couldn't you guys at least say hi....I've been a fan since the first album, and you guys have never disappointed me like this until last night...

Understand tho that the only thing they have to is preform. Dont get in the huff, because they didnt come out after the show. It happens, a lot. Thats why you go BEFORE the show.
Waiting till the end, there aways a chance you'll not see the guys, it depends on many things.
So dont automatically think they just cant be bothered.

That's why I try to get to the venue as early as possible before the shows too. People get tired too. Last time I met up with the guys, Benji blew us off but Deano did say he (Benji) hadn't felt that good earlier, and that he said he had a headache. He is human after all.

It is disappointing but there is always next time.

I know. I hate it when fans whine about it though. They do not have to come out and see the fans. They do it because the want to.
its selfish reactions like this that make bands have second thoughts about coming out

you're funny. i've met them multiple times actually. and i'm not crying over not meeting them. but if they say they are going to come out-then they should come out. and if they say that we should say hi to them if we see them-and we do-then we should at least get a wave or a hi back. if nicole richie was able to why can't joel. he was right next to her. all i'm saying is that if you are going to say you're gonna do something then do it. and it only takes 5 seconds to wave. plus. they wouldn't even be ANYWHERE if it wasn't for the fans. recognize it.

AHAHAHAH I REMEMBER THE HEADACHE STORY lmfao. i remember somebody told me that after we had just met nicole and joel before they went over to the buses, and i laughed my ass off.

once benjis on the bus he's usually not coming back out haha.

I never bother before a show unless a band person walks by and i will say hello. i always do it after. there have been some that dont come out, dont get in a huff over it though, it happens.

You know they still have a drummer right?

And you should have gone to meet them before the show. You would have had a way better chance of meeting them because they wouldn't have been so exsauhsted.
When I went, I met Benji after the show. But that was completely by fluke and because he was walking to the bus at the same time I walked passed looking for mycar lol.

I did see benji before the show actually. but he just walked by ignoring people. before you talk about what you think you know-maybe you should get some background information first. i've met them before and they were always chill. even after the show and even if they were tired. just seems to me they are forgetting who got them to where they are. EXCEPT PAUL. He's still fucking awesome.

I doubt they're forgetting who them where they are. They could have been dealing with some personal issues. No matter how greatful you are that someone's there supporting you, sometimes you're going through something that day and you just don't want to see anyone. If they would have come over and met their fans, they would most likely want to do it when they're not feeling so shitty so the fan's experience would be better. In my opinion anyways.

Also it's not always the bands fault that they can't come out.. there's various security reasons etc as to why managers can put a stop to them going out. It's not always the bands decision giving certain circumstances.
I know at the last gig I went to earlier this year, their manager was freaking out a little because there was so many people left waiting, not just a few, he kept trying to hurry the band along and things technically they didn't listen as they were out ages. But you get my drift that managers can stop them going out, so assuming it was the guys decision isn't the best thing.
Paul may have snuck out, or something happened when he was out... the guys aren't rude like that usually. But they are human.

idk why some of them are acting pissy this tour. i've never had a problem meeting them after shows, and they've always been overly nice.

maybe somethings in the water haha who knows.
