What Was Your GC Expierince? you can tell ur stories here how u met them or wut happened at a concert, stuff like that.

my gc expierince:
i took my sister 2 the concert of her 18th bday when they were touring with Pink Spiders and Young Love. we were waiting in line 2 get in and we saw them walking up 2 thier tour bus so on of my friends grabbed my arm and ran up there 2 get thier autograph. well the security guy told her 2 go back in line n i was gonna shout of benji's name b4 he got on the bus n ask for is autograph but i was 2 shy. then during the concert my sister, my 2 friends and i got up 2 the second row soo it was awsome. then joel said something about the yankees so all of the sudden us n the corwd were shouting yankee's suck ( we r from boston so we love the red sox) lol. so then they played somemore songs and after the concert we went home.

Glasgow was great last year.
You would have loved edinburgh.
See i choose gigging over holidays.
Its a hard sacrifice
Seventeen times?? HOLY S***. Man, I haven't even seen them once. I'd give almost anything to see them live.
ah you were at the boston show for the club tour? i was there too! i remember that yankees comment haha. red sox <3 i went to five shows that tour. i miss it a lot.

um. the most recent thing that happened was my friend nicole and i went to the kiss 108 jingle ball in december and gave joel a scrapbook we made. it was from gcnaptown.com and everyone sent in letters and pictures and we put it together (mostly nicole because i'm lazy tbh), and a VJ named jackson got joel to come over and we got to give it to him. it was a good night. very much worth almost skidding off the road because of the snow storm trying to get there haha.
I got MADE to go to Barcelona. It sucked =(
We gave Billy letters for them all last year. Paul and Joel messaged us all back on myspace. Saying thanks for coming to see us, and they wanna come and see the 'scotch' people again soon.
I was hyper for a week after that
I am the resident Rancid nutjob.
It is a Offical title, tagged by Lars when i saw him with the bastards.
my favourite gc gig was in london in sept 02.

it was in camden at this tiny pub, & we got lost & couldn't find the venue so we were wandering down the road & bumped into billy, paul & chris! after chatting for a bit & asking them where the venue was, we headed up the road a bit more & bumped into the twins.
so it was all very exciting.
then they played a really awesome set in this pub & the band hung out with everyone in the main bit of the pub afterwards, which was very cool.
First GC show is hard to remember, but it was an Edgefest, I think Blink 182 was there. Anyways, I went with one of my friends and my mom. (Yeah I know, having your mom there sucks, but she's cool, in addition to the fact that I was only 12/13 at the time and she didn't want us in Toronto by ourselves yet) haha.

My second GC show was April 21st, 2003 at the International Centre in Toronto, which was sweet, because it was the first show that I would be going to by myself with another friend. My parents dropped us off at like noon hour, and even then there was a big line. We were just happy we were there, as there were talks of cancelling it because of the SARS outbreak in Toronto. My friend and I managed to get up to the front. We were mainly there for Good Charlotte, so after Good Charlotte was over, we were so sweaty/tired/thirsty we exited the big crowd and watched New Found Glory from afar.

Third GC show was at Copp's Coliseum, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, October 3rd or 4th? ( I don't really remember) 2003. After having the experience at the International Centre, with the line waiting n stuff, we left that morning at about 9:30 am. We took the day off from school. When we arrived the line had already started, but it wasn't too bad. This time we met some new friends in the line, as we waited there with them. It was ammusing to see the faces of all of the people who showed up like an hour before the doors opened, to see the large line ups. It was scary when they did open the doors because you had to walk down these steep concrete stairs when you got in, it was like a stampede and I almost fell down the stairs. I loved this show because Mest was playing too! The one thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to hold on for dear life to the gates at the front so that people wouldn't push us out of the way. Oh yeah, and stupid crowd surfers kicking us in the head. My friend got pushed back into the crowd and was being pushed against the gates so bad that she almost passed out and had to get lifted out by the security guards.

Fourth GC show was July or August sometime at Edgefest 2004, Maybe it was 2005? Either way it was at Edgefest at the Molson Amplitheatre in Toronto. Again, I arrived there really really early, like 9 am. I met the freinds we had made at the previous show there. Being in line that one time was horrible. But I met these two interesting people there. It was an older woman and her son, probably just under the age of how old the average member of GC were. They claimed they were from Waldorf Maryland and that they have known Benji and Joel since they were kids. I started talking to them, because I could hear them making comments about my hair, and my plaid pants. It was so weird, you couldn't tell if they were people just making up lies, or if they did actually know them. Their stories seemed so genuine. Anyways, so again, because I showed up really early, I got a pro spot right up front. I was pretty tired by the end, and GC didn't play until towards the end. Benji did throw down his guitar pick, but it landed in between the stage and the security gates. The security guard picked it up, and gave it to me! so that was great! When I was leaving the venue they also drove past, my friends and I waved to them and they waved back, but that is about the only communication that I've had with them.

I haven't been to a GC show since.
saw them in southampton on the 8th April. Was the best night ive had for ages and waited 2 hours for them to come out and it was worth it. I gave Joel a present for Harlow and he looked really happy and got a high five off him. Lol cant forget that night everything else since then is a drag. Hope they come back this area soon im getting GC withdrawal symptoms lol.
