soundtrack of your summer tour.

so, most dates are already on sale and lots of people have already bought their tickets. what shows are y'all going to? i want to meet some new kids while i meet up with my usual gc buddies haha.

i'm going to :

july 18th, 2008 - anaheim, CA @ the grove.
july 19th, 2008 - los angeles, CA @ the wiltern.
july 20th, 2008 - san diego, CA @ concerts in the park.
august 3rd, 2008- richmond, VA @ 18th street - shockoe bottom.
august 12th, 2008 - new york, NY @ roseland ballroom.
august 15th, 2008 - lowell, MA @ tsongas arena.
august 17th, 2008 - poughkeepsie, NY @ mid hudson civic center.
august 20th, 2008 - philadelphia, PA @ festival pier @ penn’s landing.
august 21st, 2008 - jackson, NJ @ north star arena @ six flags NJ.
august 22nd, 2008 - providence, RI @ lupos.

i'm trying to convince my mom to let my\e drive up to ohio for the two shows up there, but so far, no dice, considering california was enough of a struggle. WHOS EXCITED?! hahaha.

oh, and any of you guys who live in the los angeles or surrounding area, can you gimme some good spots to look around at? i am of course going to be a complete tourist while i am out there because i've never been to california before. i'm definitely checking out the DCMA store!

Congrads on being able to go to those shows! I am going to see GC on Aug. 19th and Aug. 23rd. I'm thrilled. This will be three GC shows for 2008 for me. :)Your lucky that you get to go to all those shows! I'm happy for you. :) They will start to recognize you! :) lol

Roseland isn't an arena, it's all General Admission and there really isn't a place in the room that doesn't have a good view.

I'll most likely go to the Providence RI show

I'm all happy about guys going, but when i posted in the old forum about GC in the uk, I was told to post in the country specific, not general band page.
This bugs me, because it annoyed the US fans, so we oblidged, But what about the non-US fans? All the US tour stuff should be in the US forum.
It is only bugging me cause I got such a hard time about it.

I'm happy for Katie being able to go on her GC adventures. I'm excited because I have three shows coming up and that will make four GC shows for me this year. That is pretty good for me. Having a full time job and a house and family to care for, I don't have the luxury of being able to travel around and spend all my money on shows but I'm glad there are people like her out there who can kind of represent the rest of us GC fans. She is young and SHOULD be having the time of her life because before she knows it, she'll be 40 years old, wondering how time went so fast.
